Fillings

If your teeth have holes in them as a result of decay, you may need a dental filling. If these holes are left untreated, they can get bigger and eventually extend into the nerve chamber of the tooth. This can lead to infection. 

A digital X-ray will allow our dentists to check the extent of a hole in your tooth. We can then offer a variety of restoration options from fillings to crowns. 

At our Mona Vale dental practice, we mostly use composite ‘white’ fillings. This results in a natural-looking finish.
